Job Context
- ASA, the largest microfinance organization of Bangladesh is providing farmers with agricultural services. ASA is currently looking for agriculture officer for ASA central office.
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and monitoring of project properly.
- Plantation of vegetables and fruits and controlling pest and diseases.
- Visit various field side to gather knowledge and implement innovative ideas.
- Initiating pilot project.
- Maintain all computer work including data entry of all reports of the facility.
- Carry out other related duties when assigned by the organization.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- At least Two (02) years of practical experience in vegetables and fruit production.

Salary
- Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
- Salary Tk. 25,000/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the fixed Pay Scale of ASA. The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Allowance and Employee`s Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
